About the Role:
As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact with potential customers, sparking interest and uncovering opportunities. Your mission: fill the pipeline for our sales team and be a driving force behind WickedFile’s growth.

What You’ll Do:
  • Prospect & Qualify – Identify, reach out to, and qualify auto repair shop owners and managers via email, phone, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Inbound Lead Response – Quickly follow up on inbound leads and move them toward discovery calls.
  • Outbound Campaigns – Run personalized outreach campaigns to generate interest and schedule demos.
  • Discovery Conversations – Conduct initial conversations to understand pain points and assess fit.
  • Collaborate with AEs – Pass qualified leads and support Account Executives to help close deals.
  • CRM Management – Keep HubSpot/Salesforce updated to track leads, activities, and pipeline.
